3 Days / 2 Nights navigating along Elbe river and visiting amazing castles and world famous palaces.
- In Dresden, travel along the Elbe river aboard of a paddle wheeler ship to the famous town of Meissen. You can watch the ship’s engine work, have some drinks or food before disembarking.
- Stroll through the village of Meissen. You can also visit Porcelain museum and workshop.
- Travel upstream to Pillnitz. The Pillnitz castle is world famous and you will enjoy a tour though the castle and its garden.
- In Dresden, visit the histori center, The recently restored Frauenkirche, the Dresden opera house, The Imperial Zwinger palace and stroll along the Elbe river.

Day 1 Dresden – Meissen -Dresden
After breakfast walk to the pier and board your paddle wheeler ship taking you down the river Elbe to the famous town of Meissen. You can watch the ships engine working, have drink or some food before you disembark and take a stroll through the village of Meissen. You can also visit the porcelain Museum and workshop where they are still manufacturing this world famous dish. At your convenience go back to the ship and enjoy the cruise back to Dresden.
Overnight: Hilton Dresden or similar.
Day 2 Dresden – Pillnitz -Dresden
This morning you board your ship and travel up stream. You pass three impressive castles before you disembark at Pillnitz. The Pillnitz Castle is world famous – enjoy a tour through the castle and spend some time in their amazing gardens. The gardeners have built a house only to house a Camelia plant over the harsh winter period. Late afternoon make your way to the pier and relax on board on your way back to Dresden.

Day 3 Dresden
Visit Dresden on a walking tour, a city with one of the most beautiful historic centers of Germany. Visit the recently restored Frauenkirche church, the famous Dresden Opera House, the Imperial Zwinger palace and stroll along the Elbe River. End of the tour around mid-day. Make your way to the Train Station or Airport at your convenience. (B)
