- Arrival to Zurich where you will pick up your car.
- 2-hour walking city tour in Zurich (optional).
- Drive to Lucerne. Explore the city with a two hours walking tour (optional).
- Drive to Engelberg. We recommend to take the rotating Rotair cable car to the top of Mount Titlis and its spectacular glacier (not included).
- Drive to Interlaken. A two hours walking city tour is available (optional).
- Drive to Gruyeres, a picturesque village with a medieval castle.
- Drive to Geneva. A 2-hour walking city tour in Geneva is available (optional).
- Visit Zermatt using the narrow gauge train.
- Drive to Zurich and return your car rental at the Zurich airport.

Day 1 Zurich
Arrival in Zurich and pick up your rental car at the airport.
Overnight: Hotel Swissotel or similar.
Day 2 Zurich
2-hour walking city tour in Zurich (optional). Discover the most beautiful corners of the city: the old town, the clock of the Church of St. Peter with the largest sphere of Europe, the world famous Bahnhofstrasse, the Limmatquai and the picturesque Guild houses.
Overnight: Hotel Swissotel or similar. (B)
Day 3 Zurich – Lucerne – Mount Titlis – Interlaken (171 km)
Drive to Lucerne. 2-hour walking city tour in Lucerne (optional). The old city features some of the oldest covered bridges in Europe, charming cobblestone streets, baroque churches and historic buildings decorated with lovely frescoes. Next you travel to Engelberg and take the rotating Rotair cable car to the top of Mount Titlis and its spectacular glacier (not included). From an elevation of 3.020 m, visitors enjoy breathtaking views of the Central Alps. Continue to Interlaken, at the foot of Mount Jungfrau.

Day 4 Interlaken – Bern – Gruyeres – Geneva (244 km)
After breakfast 2-hour walking city tour in Interlaken (optional). From Interlaken you drive along Lake Thun to Bern, located on the Aare River, overlooking the Alps. Time to visit the city before you continue to Gruyeres, a picturesque village with an impressive medieval castle.

Day 5 Geneva – Montreux – Zermatt (232 km)
2-hour walking city tour in Geneva (optional). Visit the beautiful parks along the lake, the cathedral and the European headquarters of the UN. Then you travel to Lausanne and Montreux with its magnificent Chillon Castle. In the afternoon you explore the Rodano river valley as far as Täsch. From here you continue by narrow gauge train to Zermatt, nestled at the foot of mighty Mount Matterhorn.

Day 6 Zermatt – Nufenen Pass – Zurich (233 km)
In the morning you are free to explore at your leisure or have a 2-hour walking city tour (optional). In the afternoon you return to Täsch where you continue with your car for a spectacular drive over the high Nufenen mountain pass to Airolo. Next you drive to Zurich to return your rental car at the Zurich airport. (B)
