Visit the bustling streets and squares of the largest historical old town in the Americas, a multi-ethnic, artistic and cultural heritage destination. Stop for lunch on your own account which will be recommended by your guide. Later, visit the “Middle of the World” Monument (La Mitad del Mundo) situated at 0°0’0” latitude.

(Friday or Monday) Day 3:
Otavalo Market & Magdelena Community.
Visit the well-known indigenous market in Otavalo for an arts and crafts shopping adventure. Stop for lunch on your own account which will be recommended by your guide. Visit Peguche, known for its weavers, visit a wind instruments workshop, and Cotacachi known for the manufacture of leather goods. Next Arrive at Magdalena Community overnight at one of the community houses. Home of Atahualpa, the last of the Inca Emperors, Karanki Magdalena is at approximately 9,842 feet above sea level with a privileged location surrounded by valleys and lagoons

(Saturday or Tuesday) Day 4:
Magdalena Karanki Community Train Ride & Salinas
The Magdalena Community has discovered a hidden mountain niche through a series of activities; horseback riding, mountain biking or hiking for you to try. Then drive, to Ibarra and catch the “Liberty Train,” landscapes provide a magical setting as you pass through mysterious tunnels, cross bridges spanning canyons and gullies, and admire a unique biodiversity. Then arrive in the Afro-Ecuadorian community of Salinas, well known for its agricultural activities. Head back to Quito.

(Sunday or Wednesday) Day 5:
Flight from Quito to Guayaquil to Baltra, Galapagos Islands
Check into cruise and sail to Santa Cruise Island.

(Tuesday or Friday) Day 7:
AM: Santa Fe – Santa Fe Island
Santa Fe land iguana unique in Galapagos, Galapagos hawk, mockingbirds, sea lions.
PM: South Plaza – Plazas
Large colony of sea lions, unique landscape of a cactus forest, land and marine iguanas, Nazca and blue-footed boobies, swallow-tailed gulls.

(Wednesday or Saturday) Day 8:
AM: Interpretation Center San Cristobal
Learn about the history of the islands, San Cristobal mockingbird.
PM: Cerro Colorado Reserve – San Cristobal
Giant tortoises in semi-captivity, beautiful landscape on the way to the reserve La Galapaguera, miconia plants zone.
Overnight: M/V Coral II- Earth Deck or Sky Deck. (B,L,D)
(Thursday or Sunday) Day 9:
AM: Cerro Brujo – San Cristobal
Eroding tuff cone, beautiful white sand beach, impressive landscape, sea lions, Ruddy turnstones, lava gulls.
PM: Pitt Point – San Cristobal
Magnificent viewpoints, sea lion colony, 3 booby species and 2 of frigate birds.
Overnight: M/V Coral II- Earth Deck or Sky Deck. (B,L,D)
(Friday or Monday) Day 10:
AM: Suarez Point – Española
Largest colony of waved albatross, Nazca and bluefooted boobies, marine iguanas, landscape El Soplador (the blowhole).
PM: Gardner Bay – Española
Hood mockingbird, marine wildlife, sea lion, and marine turtles.
Overnight: M/V Coral II- Earth Deck or Sky Deck. (B,L,D)
(Saturday or Tuesday) Day 11:
AM: Champion Islet – Floreana
Sharks & sea lions viewing.
Cormorant Point – Floreana
White and black mangrove, flamingoes, sea turtles, sea lions.
PM: Post Office – Floreana
Darwin finches, green pacific sea turtles, historical place since 1793.
Overnight: M/V Coral II- Earth Deck or Sky Deck. (B,L,D)
(Sunday or Wednesday) Day 12:
AM: Highlands – Santa Cruz
Giant tortoises, lava tubes, scalesia forest, Chato Reserve.
PM: Check-out of the ship and take a shared transfer to airport.
Fly back to Quito via Guayaquil and transfer to your hotel.
