Package I: Munich and its castles
Day 1 Munich
Upon arrival in Munich, private transfer to your hotel.
Overnight: Leonardo Hotel Munich City Center or similar.
Day 2 Munich
Today you will explore the city with a regular tour using the Hop on/Hop off tourist bus. You can disembark at any stop and take your time to get to know the city. Highlights include the Marienplatz square, the City Hall, the famous Church of our Lady and the Viktualienmarkt street market.

Day 3 Munich – Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Castles – Munich
In the solitude of the mountains and amidst an idyllic landscape, „mad King“ Ludwig II built two of his fairytale castles: Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Take a regular bus excursion to visit these two architectural wonders (admission not included). Linderhof Castle is the only one where the king actually lived for a significant amount of time. You will also enjoy a short stop in Oberammergau, a town known around the world for its Passion play, wooden crafts and charming painted houses. Afternoon return to Munich.

Upon arrival in Munich, private transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Munich
Today you will explore the city with a regular tour using the Hop on/Hop off tourist bus (valid for 48 hours). Highlights include the Marienplatz square, the City Hall, the famous Church of our Lady and the Viktualienmarkt street market. Get off the bus at the BMW Museum where you will visit the futuristic building that shows the evolution of the brand throughout the company‘s history through exhibitions.

Day 3 Munich
Continue exploring Bavaria’s capital. Disembark at any bus stop to visit museums, go shopping or stroll through the different neighborhoods. Furthermore you are going to take part in a guided tour to get to know Germany’s largest stadium, the Allianz Arena: An obligation for all soccer fans! After the tour, immerse yourself in the story of Germany’s most successful club as told by the “FC Bayern Erlebniswelt”.

Day 2 Munich
Today you will explore the city with a regular tour using the Hop on/Hop off tourist bus. You can disembark at any stop and take your time to get to know the city. Highlights include the Marienplatz square, the City Hall, the famous Church of our Lady and the Viktualienmarkt street market. Don‘t miss the opportunity to visit one of the most famous museums of the city: the old Pinakothek art gallery and the new Pinakothek art gallery. Science fans and families will love the Deutsches Museum, which boasts one of the largest science and technology collections in the world. The exhibition is very diverse and includes a wide range of themes such as mining, nuclear physics, the environment, textile techniques, paper production, musical instruments, railways, oil, glass, aviation, engines, ceramics, science and more.

Day 3 Munich – Salzburg -Munich
In the morning, you travel by train to Salzburg, Austria (duration: 2 hours). Upon arrival, enjoy a one hour sightseeing tour of the city. The tour departs from Mirabell square in Salzburg. Salzburg is the fourth largest city in Austria and combines the attraction of a picturesque mountain setting with a well-preserved historic city center. Its lovely center is dominated by church spires, medieval fortresses and, towering high above the rest, the Hohensalzburg Fortress. The city is also known around the world as the birthplace of the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own. Afternoon return to Munich by train.

Package IV: Historic Munich
Day 1 Munich
Upon arrival in Munich, private transfer to your hotel. You will receive the Munich City Tour Card, which is valid for 4 days and allows you to use all public transport in the city and also includes discounts to many tourist attractions.

Day 2 Munich
Today you will embark on a special tour of Munich to learn more about the city’s role during the Third Reich. The foundation of the Nationalist Party, the attempted coup and the Night of Broken Glass are all very closely associated with the Bavarian capital. Visit the original historic locations, such as the Justice Palace, where opponents of the regime where judged, as well as other buildings constructed by the Nazis to consolidate their power. The tour also includes monuments dedicated to the resistance and the victims of the war. The rest of the afternoon is free

Day 3 Munich – Dachau -Munich
Embark on a regular 5-hour excursion to the former concentration camp of Dachau. More than 200,000 prisoners passed through this camp during its 12 years of existence. Around 40,000 prisoners were killed. Together with a guide, we will learn more about the daily routine of the concentration camp, but avoiding all sensationalism.
